When you dry fast your skin absorbs  water in the environment. Therefore you need clean environment for what is outside it is what  will get into your system. You need very fresh air around you. Isolation is important because your mind too needs peace.For you to think clearly you have to be away from distractors. The world is full of noise and pollutions. Setting yourself apart is already the beginning of healing process. You need to sit outside with nature not phones, laptops, televisions ie all electronics.  You also need to have time with self. Yourself, since some of us don't even know ourselves. We need time with ourselves. Sit down ask questions and answer.  Staying away from people too is the other reason you need the isolation. Some people have very negative energy. They drain you with their pessimism. You just have to keep them away. Hide yourself far away in the nature.  Listening to the birds chirping, the whistles from the tree leaves. The cool breez...

The Devil has worked so hard to separate man from God . It all started in the Garden of Eden . The devil has no problem with man getting wealthy or living well but he has the problem with man getting into Heaven.The devil has worked so hard to make people miss the way.He has worked so hard to label the way to Heaven as the wrong one and gave men options which is the broad way.This way is religion.

Age limits of dry fast

Dry fasting is not recommended for those over seventy  years. It is not recommended for those under fourteen years. Simple because when one dry fast the weak  red blood cells mostly are destroyed and this is not good for age under fourteen since they are still under development. At age over seventy the replication of the cells has stopped. Formation of new cells becomes very difficult. The recovery period after dry fast

When you dry fast it is important to note that recovery period takes double the number of days you fasted. Let's say you have fasted three days and nights, your recovery period should  be six days and above.  If you fasted with breaks in between the fast with water or juices only then the between days are considered fasting days. So if you went through 5days&nights fast process  then rested and rehydrated for 2 days and nights... Your fasting is considered as 7 days not 5, therefore your recovery period will be 14 days&nights.  Normally, we should then eat a total of eight months and fast a total of four months in year. This means the sum of all the days you have fasted in a year. It is ont fasting none stop four months but when we count the grand total in a year of the fasted days.
