The recovery period after dry fast

When you dry fast it is important to note that recovery period takes double the number of days you fasted.

Let's say you have fasted three days and nights, your recovery period should  be six days and above. 
If you fasted with breaks in between the fast with water or juices only then the between days are considered fasting days. So if you went through 5days&nights fast process  then rested and rehydrated for 2 days and nights... Your fasting is considered as 7 days not 5, therefore your recovery period will be 14 days&nights. 

Normally, we should then eat a total of eight months and fast a total of four months in year. This means the sum of all the days you have fasted in a year. It is ont fasting none stop four months but when we count the grand total in a year of the fasted days.

Modern man whoever has no idea how the body works and what is good for the body. He keeps feeding and feeding until he   gets sick from the too much unnecessary things he has stuffed in the body. Most of the things he likes are junk with alot of sugar. 

One of the most captivating things I have read is about a  community in India where missionaries went and found established a mission hospital and no body went to the Hospital for several years not because they rejected the modern medicine nor because of any campaign against it but since  no one was getting sick. 
The mission hospital was closed after several years of waiting for the sick. The missionaries later realized the people in that community were  naturally resistant to diseases because of their lifestyles. The cause of death is not cancer in this community but old age, which goes  way past 100 years. 
What they eat(apricot), walking long distances and staying hungry in some seasons only drinking apricot juice.

 So yearly we should aim at 40 days and nights three times. This might not be done in a row but can be done spaced safely with alot of wisdom. I have discussed on the limit per time .The maximum one can dry fast days and nights. That is 12 days and nights though  it too depends on many factors.Your body weight, the season and your preparation before the fast that has to do with your diet and hydration. You should not be underweight. You should check on the humidity - with dry fast high humidity is recommended. Very low temperatures are not good at all to fast under but if there is artificial source if heat, that is fine. Lastly, you should be very well hydrated. The best way to get hydrated is to eat fruits&vegetables often. 

In conclusion the total number of days that one  is to fast in a year should be 120  days&nights out of 365 & a quarter days.
