What is the purpose of divine blood in redemption? .
You are made new by believing in Jesus Christ as your personal savior ,you confess Him as the one who died for your sins and was resurrected .His blood then washes away all your sins and you are welcomed in the family of God as angels rejoice that your name is written in the Lamb's book of Life.Luke 15:10 and Luke 10:20.This is the most important step you can make in this life. When you surrender to Jesus, He then becomes your master meaning He guides you for it is not in a man to direct his steps Jeremiah 10:23.You have also fulfilled Roman 10:8-10.
You do not get saved by joining a church or filling a card or being baptized in water .You do not get saved by answering an altar call or just stopping a bad habit for example smoking or my attending a Christian rally or serving in the church.Yes it is alright to serve the Lord but your works are not to be used to replace the blood of Jesus for your salvation .Eph2:8-9
So then how do you get saved ?
So then how do you get saved?
You get saved through the divine blood of Jesus Christ applied to your soul by the Holy Spirit. It is the blood that washes and seals the soul.
You will find no reality of salvation outside the blood. Many people today hope they are saved, but they don’t know for sure. If you ever become born again through the blood of Jesus, you will know it. Without the blood, there is no reality of redemption and no holy living. Without the blood no entry to heaven. It is the blood that puts your name in the Lamb's book of life.
You can never tell the story of the Gospel without talking about the blood because the Gospel is the blood story. And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission (Hebrews 9:22). There is no remission for sin without the shedding of blood and no New Covenant. Without the blood, the New Testament is worthless.
The next step after repentance and having the blood applied to your soul is the baptism in water and then the baptism in the Holy Spirit.
1 John 5:8 And there are three that bear witness on earth: the Spirit, the water, and the blood; and these three agree as one.
